Kinder Korner--

What's happening this week-- Wednesday is our all school Spelling Bee. Audreana Wilson , Kaden Perez , and Quoymee Chacon will be our contestants this year. The Spelling Bee will begin at 8:45.

This week's Bible verse-- With God nothing will be impossible. Luke 1:37

Homework--Practice your Bible verse/ Read your reader with a parent.
I am sending a reader home with each child this week. They need to read it to you nightly. On Friday please sign and return it in their homework folder. This is homework.

Please practice your Tea Part. Some of the children still do not know their part. Please review their part daily with them.

Nachos--
We will be having our final fundraiser for the year. We will be selling Nachos once again. This will take place on Friday May 3rd. We need donations of chips , cheese , bowls , chili beans , jalapenos , and sodas. If you are able to help please let me know. Thank you for all your help. Mrs. Sellars

Water Bottles-- We are in need of water bottles. If you are able to bring a case of water in that would be great.

Princess---
We have a new addition to our classroom.Thanks to a very generous lady we now have a baby Chinchilla in our classroom.Her name is Princess. The children named her.They are very excited.Please stop by and take a look if you have time.

Reminder's

Tomorrow is snow cone day. Please bring $1.00 to school if you would like to buy a snow cone at lunch.

Want to spend time with your child,build their reading skills,and help them learn to love books? Here are some suggestions. 

Read regularly. Try to read with your child every day.10 to 15 minutes a night before bed is a peaceful end to the day.

Take turns choosing books.

Let your child participate. Ask your child to turn the page as you read. Or better yet have them read to you.

Reading is a great time to spend quality time with your child.
